Easier to avoid overeating than burning surplus Cals.

We are convinced that it is easier to prevent overeating (eating extra calories) than trying to burn those extra calories that we don't need and we eat only because we have bad eating habits; example:

 

There are 285 Calories in 1 slice of pizza:

 

(14" regular crust, one slice 107 g.)

 

 

 

Exercise needed to burn 285 Cals

 

(depends on your weight and how fast you run of course)

 

12 minute mile (5 miles per hour – mph)

If you weigh 150 lbs, you can burn approximately 285 calories in 30 minutes.

 

Yeah right! I can see you running to compensate for that EXTRA slice of pizza

 

IMPORTANT: We are not saying that you cannot eat pizza but it is better to enjoy two slices slowly than to gobble three slices down f
