Simple design for CORELLE (TM) just a sketch.

Image
I decided to change my sketch for a picture of a HotSmart plate early drawing that appeared in Inventor's Digest magazine (I'm using an adapted CORELLE (TM) plate as tortilla warmer ) When you don't have to worry about thermal shock because you have the ideal light weight material resistant to heat, the design can be very simple. CORELLE (TM) has this material available although it is not as elegant as bone china; HotSmarts are bone china plates. The plates would be ideal for daily use at home. I apologize for the sketch (I don't have much time), however my family and I have been using plates like this (Prototypes) and they work wonderfully. use your imagination to create a beautiful plate. The people from CORELLE(TM) will have to explain their stockholders why they haven't come up with the idea or at least adopt it now that it is in front of their noses. This simple sketch will stay here for the record. by the way, my design is patented http://doiop.com/pa

A plate of MANY FIRSTS

Image
First HEAT RETENTIVE PLATE : Preheat only 1 to 1:15 minutes, stays hot typically for 30 minutes First 3 component plate First plate with no dry foot First plate that uses high tech adhesives First plate that does something different: It really keeps your food HOT. First microwaveable plate that you can handle with your bare hands. http://wwwheatstoragedish.com/ or...just type: "heat retentive plates"

An excellent light weight material by CORELLE (TM)

All it takes to make a heat retentive plate is: 1) Modify the mold to add a separator and centering boss on the underside of the plate 2) Assemble the heater upsidedown using epoxy resin 3) Assemble the cover of the heater or base also with epoxy. (I have been using AREMCO 315 (TM) for prototypes, but there are many other epoxy resins available, Check BONDMASTER (TM) for instance). HotSmart technology, Zap and serve (TM), InstaHot (TM)

FIRST DINNER PLATE WITH AN ANTENNA?

Image
FIRST DINNER PLATE WITH AN ANTENNA? These are antennas I designed to capture the Microwave energy and to melt the PCM. In the beginning I wanted to use PCM's to store the heat inside the plate but they were only available in Germany and Australia, I wonder what those companies were thinking when their products were not available in the Country with the largest economy in the world (USA of course), but thanks to them, Now they will have me as competitor with a simpler technology to store heat. Ihave a properly withnessed laboratory book proving that I invented that. I have not conducted a patent search for plates with antennas though. I will check the Mars Patent Office when I have the time. PROTECTIVE PUBLISHING, NOBODY CAN PATENT ANYTHING THAT IS PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE (I would contest it).

BACH has nothing to do with HEAT RETENTIVE PLATES

NADA QUE VER...(It has nothing to do with...) In the photo my son, Industrial Engineer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipzR9bhei_o the link above has nothing to do with heat retentive plates (Fortunatelly because even though HotSmart plates are the best they are only plates ) but you have to see it, and since you are already there you may want to seethis also...: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUDIoN-_Hxs Finally(Below), more than you ever want to know about heat retentive plates http://del.icio.us/jjrb230 Photo My son and I

PLATE AND HEATER ASSEMBLED

Image
(Photo no longer available) Glued with Aremco 315 epoxy resin. There is a gap between the heater and the plate, the thickness of the heater is about?". I call this embodiment "Hanging from the ceiling" (HFC), since the heater will be actually hanging (Like a ceiling fan) supported just at the center. ( Click to enlarge). Notice the cover or base at the upper right hand side. For this prototype it was made out of ceramic, it should be made out of the same material as the plate (An excellent light weight material by CORELLE ( TM) ). Many other materials can also be used. http://www.heatretentiveplates.com/ The technology is in front of them, they will eventually have to explain their board of directors and the stockholders why they have not adopted it, it is not going away.
