APPLY A 5-10 MIL GLUE LINE AND CLAMP ASSEMBLY TO REDUCE AIR ENTRAPMENT.

 (YOU CAN STACK THE PLATES UPSIDE DOWN IN A WOODEN FIXTURE AND PUT A BRICK ON THE PLATE AT THE TOP)

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CURE SCHEDULES MAY BE USED:

  • 2 HOURS @  100 C + 2 HOURS @ 175 C;

  • 8 HOURS @ 150 C  (I recommend this cure schedule)
