WHY IS AMAZON.COM NOT GIVING ENOUGH SUPPORT TO SELLERS?
Guess what? I was finally able to print labels for my next shipment of patented HotSmart Plates to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon). Apparently, they are FINALLY simplifying the shipping process. Please don't ask for more information than necessary Amazon!
I will admit here that I am part of the problem, a stroke and brain tumor (removed) affected my concentration and memory but I still was able to invent, patent, and develop my product (s), I studied patent law for that sole purpose by the way, but I noticed that Amazon selling instead of being a foolproof process, it has become something like a Masters Degree which is kind of ridiculous.
I will repeat what I have said: We, the sellers are also customers (don't we BUY your services? Mr. Jeff Bezos?)
I LOVE TO BUY ON AMAZON, it is so convenient. having said that and as a seller, I am so disappointed and pissed off that I really think I could write a book about reasons to avoid doing business with them and these are my notes for that book if I ever decide to write it.
Amazon.com gives good service to customers but have they forgotten sellers are customers too? Yes! we buy their services: Storage (very expensive and it goes up on Christmas season when sellers are expecting to make a profit to survive), Advertisement (on Amazon?) Forget about it! Larger companies will outbid you, Sales fees, FBA fees. etc.
Amazon has deleted this image several times, how can I show the public that this is a totally different type of plate?
