"Just got my HotSmart Hot Gourmet Plate this week and tried it for the first time today.
First of all, thank you for buying HotSmart® Products (HotSmart is a line of products); I'm the inventor and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all my customers. I am a disabled stroke and brain tumor survivor who had to invent a new job for myself, so I invented the only ceramic plates in history that keep food from getting cold. The plates have been "a blessing" for the sick and the elderly as the relatives tell me.
Answers:
*There is a susceptor (material that absorbs microwave energy) inside that I developed myself, the material is green, biodegradable and totally harmless. It has passed FDA inspection.
** It is totally safe, My nose has grown only a couple inches and I have grown only one extra finger (just kidding folks).
*** Pricey? Sorry, but it is not mass-produced (yet). It does not keep food warm? This is totally inexact, I have been using HotSmarts for over 15 years and work perfectly, maybe your MW oven is too small? You can try 1:15 minutes preheating or even better...
Piping Hot? Yup! Piping hot food served on a piping hot plate that you can handle with your bare hands, how about it?
