I call this embodiment "Hanging from the ceiling" (HFC), since the heater will be actually hanging (Like a ceiling fan) supported just at the center. (Click to enlarge).
Notice the cover or base at the upper right hand side. For this prototype it was made out of ceramic, it should be made out of the same material as the plate (An excellent light weight material by CORELLE (TM)). Many other materials can also be used.
